It is the 2013 Snowflakes coil issue with Scott numbers 4808 to 4812. The stamps are service inscribed precancels with presorted standard overprints. The nondenominated value is (10c) and they are serpentine die cut 11 vert. Jennifer Arnold designed stamps based upon photographs of real snowflakes. The stamps feature icy blue and purple flakes on pastel backgrounds. Every snowflake has 6 arms (hexagon) and is unique. They were printed by CCL Label, Inc. Ten cents paid the presorted standard bulk rate for large commercial mailers.
